Decadent Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 15g cocoa powder
- 6g baking powder
- 4g baking soda
- 1g salt
- 150ml milk
- 10ml white vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 200g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125ml vegetable oil
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate cup, mix together the milk and white vinegar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs for 2 minutes until frothy. Gradually add the brown sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture triples in volume.
- Add the vegetable oil to the egg mixture and beat for an additional minute. Then, pour in the milk-vinegar mixture and vanilla extract, and beat for another 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing thoroughly until well combined.
- Pour the batter into 18 cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
