Decadent Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

Decadent Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 6g baking powder
  • 4g baking soda
  • 1g salt
  • 150ml milk
  • 10ml white vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125ml vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a separate cup, mix together the milk and white vinegar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs for 2 minutes until frothy. Gradually add the brown sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture triples in volume.
  4. Add the vegetable oil to the egg mixture and beat for an additional minute. Then, pour in the milk-vinegar mixture and vanilla extract, and beat for another 2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing thoroughly until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into 18 cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
