Ingredients:
- 2 sirloin steaks, approximately 1-inch thick
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Begin by generously seasoning the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.
